TRUTH and REALITY
TRUTH and REALITY
Why should anyone, Christian or non-believer, seek to know the truth about any spiritual, religious, or worldly issues when every event, topic, and dialogue is enshrouded in prejudice, duplicity, and lies? America’s news media is hopelessly biased. They edit videos of events to twist the truth into half-truths to support their ideological values. Half-truths are not truths and therefore their values are built on sand that can’t withstand any storm. Discovering truth might seem hopeless if a person employs the world’s methods of analysis, logic, and even our physical senses, but we are not bound by worldly limitations if we believe in Jesus. Jesus, the ultimate Truth, offers to open the door into His truth and reality:
“So I say to you, ‘Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seek will find; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Luke 11:9-10)
Christianity has become a religion. Any religion is a construct of mankind. Humanity’s theology and doctrines have caused immense damage to the House of the Lord because Christianity in no longer depends on our spiritual essence. Don’t our religious leaders have a responsibility to teach us how our spirit functions so we can relate to our Father, Lord Jesus, and the Holy Spirit? We were created with a spirit in the likeness of our Father: “God is spirit.” (John 4:24) Without spiritual knowledge and understanding, our minds rule over our human spirits. We cannot claim we are one with Jesus unless our spirit governs our entire being: “He who unites himself with the Lord is one with Him in spirit.” (1 Corinthians 6:17) Without their human spirit fused with the Spirit of Truth, the Spirit cannot transition a Christian from a fallen, carnal nominal Christian to become a new creation: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, and the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17)
The Church of Mankind has been founded upon theology and doctrines that are rarely sanctioned by the Spirit of Truth. The churches and denominations have ignored Jesus’ warning that He repeated SEVEN TIMES in the Book of Revelation in chapters 2 and 3: “He has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” How can I claim that the churches and denominations have not listened to what the Spirit is saying to the churches? Simply because the Spirit of Truth would NEVER instruct anyone to establish their religious institutions with theology and doctrines that would destroy the unity Jesus ask His Father to create in His Body, the Body of Christ:
“I have given them the glory that You gave Me, that they may be one as We are One: I in them and You in Me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that You sent Me and have loved them even as You have loved Me.” (John 17:22-23)
Please allow me to give you the Britannica Encyclopedia definition of theology so you can know the Christian religion is an intellectual endeavor: “Theology is the philosophically oriented discipline of religious speculation and apologetics (reasoned arguments or writings in justification of something, typically a theory or religious doctrine) that is traditionally restricted.” Do you see any mention of the true Source of all Truth – the Father, Jesus, and the Spirit of Truth? Why does any Christian organization need anything other than the full Gospel of Jesus Christ? When religious leaders pick and choose what they want to be known for that differentiates them from the rest of the Body of Christ, they create disunity that is offensive to the Godhead.
Let me demonstrate how almost every church’s doctrines are a fabrication of the founding leaders of each denomination. This is from the same encyclopedia: “Doctrine in theology (Latin doctrina; Greek didaskalia, didache) is a generic term for the theoretical component of religious experience. Doctrines seek to provide religion with intellectual systems of guidance in the processes of instruction, discipline, propaganda, and controversy.” Do you know of anything Jesus said, taught, or demonstrated that would be considered “theoretical”? Jesus proclaimed He alone is the Truth and His truths can lead us to our Father. It was incredibly easy for the forces of darkness to mislead men and women in power to believe they have found a better way to the Father. Greed and pride toppled Satan, so he knows how to appeal to leaders with the same temptations and enticements.
A couple years ago I was reading a passage in the Bible and “truth” was in a verse. Jesus said to me, “Let Me define “truth” because you have a very simple idea of what truth is. You’ve explained to people that the only real truth is what God sees. It is more than that – Truth is Our reality. It is the reality of the spiritual realm interacting with the reality of the world of your five senses; it needs to be refined by the Spirit of Truth. From now on I will bring you up to sit next to Me to see what I see.
I see everything without the limitations of time. I see it all from beginning to end – past, present, and future. I will start to show you the schemes and strategies of Satan who does not want you to accomplish Our eternal plans and purposes for your life. We can reveal to you his past attempts to kill, steal, and destroy plus the lies he has whispered to prevent you from becoming the man We want to transform you into. I want you to know Our eternal plans and purposes for your life. At times I will show you what We are presently doing for you and why events happen for the renewal of your mind and transformation to become like Me. As I promised, the Holy Spirit will show you things that are yet to come. Faith, obedience, and love will be essential for your understanding of the truth, Our reality.”
This is a paraphrasing of that encounter because it was both His audible clarifications, depictions, and a vision of my life – past, present, and some future. He explained “truth” as He flashed influential events of my life that were critical to His overall plans for my life. Some were not fun remembering in His presence, but He revealed how He restored me onto the path He was leading me. Since that visitation, I have sought Jesus’ perspective that includes the spiritual component.
Jesus, the Truth, wants all of His brothers and sisters to know His truth and reality. I shared that experience so you can know with certainty that He wants you to experience your own introduction to His truth and reality. It’ll be uniquely your own encounter, but it’ll require perseverance and a major sacrifice of your time. I believe the Godhead created time to not only measure the distance between events in our lives but to test our faith. Are you ready to receive freedom from the taskmaster we call “time” and join Him in His timeless reality? Are you prepared to accept His will’s schedule and wait with faith for your heart’s desires to be fulfilled? If so, ask the Truth to open His door into the Godhead’s truth and reality.
